- Returns
Eligibility: You may return any unused and unopened merchandise within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and tags intact.
Non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened or used items, as well as custom or special order products.
- How to initiate a return
To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:
Contact us: Please email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
Pack your item: Please carefully pack your item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and related documentation. Please write your RMA number on the outside of the packaging.
Returns: Please send your package back to the address provided in the RMA instructions. You will be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g. the item is defective or incorrect).
- Refunds
Processing Time: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed.
Original Payment Method: Refunds will be made to the original payment method you used to purchase. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to deposit the refund into your account.
- Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item for a different product, please contact us at [email protected] to discuss your options. You will need to return the original item following the steps above. - Damaged or Defective Items
